The oil was leaking under the car
The oil was leaking under the car after I came back home. I didn’t use the car for two days, during which a large amount of oil leaked and created a mess in my newly built house parking area. When I returned the car, they explained that the drain bolt seal washer had not been replaced and then replaced it. Such a simple thing should have been considered but was overlooked. I am not confident that the rest of the services were carried out properly, and I suspect I may have just been charged for them. I have completely lost my trust in this business.
