I had steel air tube caps, these were replaced with standard plastic caps. Don't know what happened to my steel caps. Also had loss of air pressure warning on my car 1.5 hours after installation, requiring me to replace air.

I had a nearly flat tyre and couldn't get the wheel off, took it to my local mycar, where they took off and fixed the puncher, great job guys done on the sport no waiting, thanks.

Friendly staff. Prompt and fast service

Went to My Car Broadbeach to have a punture fixed. They said they wouldn't fix it because the tread was .1mm under tread tolerance, so I had to buy a new tire (which actually meant 2 new tires). I put on the second tyre and drove to Sydney two weeks later (a trip which involved driving in the rain and fiarly high speeds on the expressways). The tyre went down again. I took it to Jax Tyres in Mona Vale to find out My Car had put on a tubeless tyre on a cracked rim! The crack was very visable and right near the weight My Car had put on! So dangerous!!! Jax tyres had my rim repaired and had me going again in under 3 hours, My Car nearly killed me. No duty of care at all! Not impressed! I contacted their website. No reply.

The service manager was polite and the service completed in less time than predicted.

Problem still not fixed after two times

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Mycar Tyre & Auto Broadbeach for a tyre puncture repair, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the service I received.

The repair process was quick and efficient, taking less time than I expected. The technicians were incredibly knowledgeable and explained the issue with my tyre in a way that was easy to understand. They also provided me with valuable tips on maintaining my tyres to prevent future punctures.

I'll definitely be returning for any future tyre needs!

From the booking platform to the staff and the ultimate final result, this experience exceeded my expectations. The mycar Tyre Care plan that includes free puncture repair is why we get our tyres here, and the staff is why we keep coming back.

Easy and fast

The team at myCar Pacific Fair were really great, quick and friendly on both of my recent trips there (car service and then new tyres). Overall the experience is much more positive than I've had through other mechanics in recent years. Have already recommended them to my family for their next service.

The only issue I had is with the call in system which is an overall myCar thing - nothing to do with the Broadbeach store itself which is why I have still given 5 stars. The online booking system wouldn't allow me to organise my service and said I had to call, but the phone line option is not intuitive at all. Being voice activated by specific phrases rather than giving you options select from and then sent me off to a generic call line after dialling the direct store number - if this was changed it'd be a near perfect experience overall. I understand having a dedicated call centre can be helpful but when needing to speak to someone specific in store that I'd been discussing things with, it was frustrating and time consuming to have to start all over again with someone new at a call centre.
