Great customer support @ Broadmeadows…
Great customer support @ Broadmeadows store when I went in for a punctured tyre. It took a few hours because they were pre-booked, so I had to drop the tyre and come back later. But the person who served me was very knowledgably and helping.

Had a hiccup with change of wrong tyre
Had a hiccup with change of wrong tyre.
Returned to sort out, and Manager Bill was very apologetic and keen to resolve. I had missed my appointment at Moonee Ponds and had to pay for visit for not turning up, due to tyre mix up.
Manager was happy to accommodate by reimbursement, so I returned another day to resolve my expensive debacle.
Very happy with the results and happy to recommend. I’m sure the new Manager Bill, will be an asset to the company as he puts customer satisfaction a priority.
