I find the people at MyCar Bull Creek polite and helpful. The assistance was prompt, and I was able to leave with the job done in a couple of minutes.

After my initial cooling system flush I was advised that there were a couple of issues that needed attention. I was able to book it in for a service and two new tyres two days later. On both occasions I took the car in early and both times it was completed in the morning. I was very satisfied with both the price and the service. However, because of a previous experience elsewhere, I checked under the bonnet before leaving and found the oil cap had been left off and was balancing on top of the engine. Then at the service station I found the tyres had different pressures in them. Would have been 5 stars if more attention to detail was given.

Thanks to Gavin and the team for resolving an issue with the cat sensor on my son's car and fixing the alignment issue. As always you provide great service.

I canceled the log book servicing, was quoted $228 but the bull creek centre didnt agree. Was disappointed they didnt acknowledge it even from their website. Took a day off just for the service but in the end its a waste of time.

Did not repair my oil leak
Only washed under car engine and also charged me and was told to make another booking

my engine oil leaks after service, I called and tell them about the problem, then they said it's been written on paper that the gasket is broken. Excuse me!! no one explained to me that is an urgent repair. then the staff explained to me, on the day, it was really busy. Ok, I understand that, but when they hand the car to me, someone should explain to me and make another appointment to fix the problem, isn't it the service about? anyway, not happy for this experience.

Had a problem with the car on our trip down south. Temporary repairs were made to enable us to get home. Bull Creek auto repairs managed to fit us in immediately and resolved the issue at no charge for us. We will keep going to Bull Creek for our car services. Very pleased with the results.
