Efficient and pleasant service. Not at all a stressful or unpleasant experience as I had last time at my local Honda dealership. Everything went v smoothly, I was informed when car was ready and had enjoyed a coffee and cake at a cafe recommended by Paul the franchise owner just nearby. I booked another car service after having a basic service done in the next following week, because they didn't allocate enough time to fix my main problem. I was working till 8:00pm so they could of looked at it more.

My next Appointment was Monday 12th June 2023 I scheduled it in on my RDO first one of the Mechanics said no we couldn't drop you back home it's to far then the other one said it's fine.

I then realised when I got there as early as I could 8:35am they used my car to drop me off to my home then the apprentice drove back in MY CAR into the Shop so that was 1HR wasted.

They said the other day when I got the basic service done, I shouldn't be driving it to do with the BAD TICKING NOISE!

In regards of the bad noisy ticking sound with my car they where quite sure it was the Pulley or loose bearing/s to do with my Timing Belt I got a new kit replaced last year in April.

It wasn't this in the end even though they already pulled apart everything so they had to get another new kit to replace it the mechanic did say it did have some play so basically the parts where faulty YES I was relieved I didn't have to pay this and their labour.

IN THE END RESULT!!!

I still have a TICKING SOUND so in the End they couldn't fix my car. they told me to contact POWER HOUSE AUTO REPAIRS. so that was a waste of time.

I still have the TICKING NOISE the other Mechanic suggested how to fix the problem is just buy another Car.

Also they knew I had Kids to pick up from school there was NO CALL saying that they need my car for longer.

I had to call them to see what's happening with My Car.

So I had to walk from my Kids school to Hinkler.

ALSO I CONFRONTED THE MECHANIC TODAY 13th June 2023 and I noticed my paintwork is now bubbling ready to peel off it looks like they spilt some chemical over the front driver side of my Car. They denied it of course that it wasn't them.

The Bundaberg store is hopeless! Car was NOT completely fixed. Even when it was picked up the Engine warning Light appeared on the Dash. NOT GOOD would you say? After spending over $3000 and more to fix, those "mechanics" did not do a good job. Let's say if there was an accident to happen on the road, how liable is myCar? Yes useful review because the service given was unacceptable. Long ending story! Car left 30 Nov 2022 at workshop and nothing done without some pressure picked up unfinished 11 Feb 2023.
