Great service. Easy to deal with.

I attended to ensure that I was keeping the appropriate pressure in my new car tyres (which I love). I also inquired where I may purchase and have fitted a bulb in my headlight. I was very impressed by the staff member who was willing to offer advice and to also locate the appropriated bulb and fit it. I was very grateful and impressed by the attitude, courtesy and service. Great service, excellent communication. Serviced and new tyre install plus replacement of tail light globe all while we were doing our groceries.

I didn’t receive invoice or any info on how the wheel alignment went etc otherwise tyre change and rotation good and would be 5star still happy with service received thankyou for the work you do

Micheal was very professional, as a relieving manager from Sunshine Coast he was brilliant with his attitude care and manners. This store is impossible to contact on the phone as I had no confirmation if my Tyres had arrived from Victoria and I needed to be there on the day. I live regional and do not need practice in driving into Bundaberg. If they did not answer my seven attempts to contact the store there must have been many more meaning you lost lots of business. The team at Mycar Bundaberg very very helpful. My car was serviced and finished in the required time. The cost is very competitive. I then booked my brakes to be replaced with a lifetime warranty!! Very happy

I've been to a few other companies and they just try and coerce you into a purchase (I'm a mechanic, I know cars)

I needed tyres on 2 cars, and was given sound advice by two different staff, reference selection tyre brand and which ones need replacing, including diagnosis of brake pad replacement requirement.
