Efficient excellent customer service
I bought my Mazda Cx5 into MyCar Cairns and within that day, Kavi was able to service my car and get it done within that very day. I was very pleased with their service. God bless them. I was with Mycar at cairns city, dealing for my car tyre and pad changing, one of the Mycar managers Kavi helped me to book and check the car tyre and at the same time he enquired about the parts, he was well arranged and helped me during a busy time, I really appreciate his hardwok and generousity to customers.

The work was done in the time frame given to me, and everyone I spoke with was helpful and polite. I appreciated receiving a call about a couple of extra items that needed to be added to my service, along with their approximate price.I don't know that too many people actually enjoy getting their car serviced, however this was certainly a positive experience!
