i had a blow out due to a pothole and…
i had a blow out due to a pothole and could only make it to this store. Front desk was disorganised, took far too long to get booked in. Was told that the price was the best price but that was not true. Because i was stuck i accepted the price which i was told was the best price, after getting to work i googled my tyre and found it $50-$175 cheeper at serveral other stores. Just reinforced my decision not to use this Mycar store for anything

I had a fantastic experience with the team at MyCar, Cammeray. The personal service and communication were excellent, especially from one of the young women mechanic who kept me updated throughout the process. She clearly explained the specific work being done and made sure I was called for any minor adjustments, so there were no surprises when it came to the final bill. I felt informed and looked after every step of the way. I’d highly recommend MyCar as they delivered a great outcome with my car and truly went above and beyond in their customer care!

I dropped my car off for a Rego check
I dropped my car off for a Rego check. Then I went to have a coffee at Maggio's just up the road with a friend of mine. Whilst sitting having my coffee, my car was driven past the coffee shop rather fast and revving at a high RPM. I immediately thought it was being thrashed. Car is a 2006 BF Ford Falcon XR8 (V8) I've owned and loved since brand new. I started feeling very anxious. After the process was finished, I did not say anything to the shop about what I saw because the manager is a friend of a friend of mine. The next day, I found a big puddle of coolant on the floor of my garage and today, 2nd gear in the ZF transmission has started playing up big time. Very chunky and severe downshifts from 3rd to 2nd. Whoever drove my car had a good time in it at my expense (Saw it with my own eyes and so did my friend). Incredibly disappointing and will never use or trust this brand ever again!
NB. I’d love to know why a car needs to be driven at or near redline RPM just for a rego check MyCar??
