work done on time. Mr. Ismile was a excellent communicator.

No oil change and oil filter done. No sticker on windshield for next due maintenance. I am not sure if things had been done at all.

Needing to travel for 3+ hours to have our EV serviced, Ismail was very helpful about making a time that worked for us. He also informed us when the car service would be completed and it was ready to go within the stated time. Friendly and efficient.

Easy no hassle booking. Got a call telling me to reschedule due to non availability of specific technician which is good.
Very little face to face communication, no updates or info shared upon picking up. Felt very transactional. Could've been better interaction with customer in person.

Absolutely 100% recommend mycar. Fast, efficient service and Waqas was friendly, fast and all round just a super easy business to deal with. I’d give more stars if I could.

I’m unsure if the job was done correctly. The invoice states that a tire rotation was performed, but the TPMS readings don’t reflect any changes. It also mentions that the tire pressure was checked, which isn’t true since I had to ask them to check it again. God knows if others tasks were performed well or not.

Had to travel from out of town to complete service. Not able to complete in one day as a scanning tool was broken. Returned following week to complete service.
Did not update firmware to most recent version.
