I my daughter booked her Holden…

My daughter booked her Holden Commodore to be fixed at Mycar Cannington Carousel, she wasn't sure what was wrong with car as it was running very rough. Mycar said they fixed the problem and charged her over $1,300. That day after she paid for it, she drove her car to work but it broke down and wouldn't start at the traffic lights. She booked the car back at Mycar Carsousel and the workshop said they had to find the problem again and charged her another $350 just to look at the engine again. Mycar Carousel charged her well over $1,700 and didn't fixed the problem and said to fix the car it will cost well over $9,000 in a quote emailed to her.

Please don't not use Mycar Cannington Carousel, they haven't got a clue how to diagnose and identify the car problem.

Easy booking and great location

Easy booking and great location, only request would be for more information when collecting vehicle. Had a wheel alignment and balance completed but no information or concerns advised at time of pick up. Believe we need some work completed to the front end but aren’t 100% sure.

The problem I had with my car was not fixed.

The problem I had with my car was not fixed. When I asked about it over the phone before payment and collection of vehicle I was told that upon looking they didn't find anything or maybe it was a small fix, but when I picked up my vehicle the issue I had was still there. All they did was the oil change and the rest that comes with a normal service.

First time I had my car serviced here

First time I had my car serviced here. Was charged a different price online, was told I would receive a discount at the end of the service. I was disappointed a wash and vac wasn’t included also didn’t have a summary of the service the tyre condition or breaks etc

I will be back

Firstly, i phoned and Patrick was very helpful. Going into store and David at the counter was very lovely, professional and informative. My car was ready and waiting for me, which is always a bonus.
I do feel sorry for your team with the location and the amount of parking bays that Carousel My Car only has. But it wont stop me from going back.

It was great that they have delivered…

It was great that they have delivered the servicing on time and the work was well done, however when it comes to extra work thst needs to be done on the car, the staff need to explain to the customer thoroughly why the items needed to get done and what it can be done today and still be able to deliver the car on time.
Taking the time to do a thorough explanation to the customer will give extra stars to the service without adding too much cost to the company.

The store manger was very helpful and…

The store manger was very helpful and accommodating. I had hit the kerb and badly damaged my tyres. The car had to be towed in and I was quite distressed but MyCar took care of things efficiently. I’m grateful for that.
