Perhaps check your Log Book history when booking on-line

Firstly, on-line booking procedure is simple and straight forward albeit in this instance I was told it was a 135K service and paid accordingly. A phone call around midday advised that I had already completed this service? even though my Log book Service was stamped at 120K in December 2023 and i was now out of pocket a further $185 to cover 4 x sparkplugs.

I recently had my tyres changed at MyCar Carousel and was very impressed with their service. The team was professional, efficient, and ensured everything was done to a high standard. I appreciate their attention to detail and the quality of their workmanship.

Mismatch

I was pleased that they bettered a competitors quote but i asked that they put the new tyres on the front and move the front to the back. One new one went on the front and one new one on the back, with a wheel alighnment surely they would know that it would be required that new tyres on the front being a different tread pattern.

Car went into limp mode after service…

Car went into limp mode after service while my wife was driving. Manager told my wife to leave the car and they would look at it tomorrow. Which would of left her with no way of getting home, I drove to the store and found that the intercooler hose was undone and fixed it myself. Also no service sticker was put on windscreen. Absolutely rubbish service. I will make sure people know not to use this store.

the boys went on lunch

Car was booked in for 12pm, to be collected at 1pm. Came back at 1:30, and they hadn't started yet. Was told 'the boys went on lunch'. Well what is the point of booking a collection time???

Too expensive for 150 000 service.

The service was very expense for 150 000, due to this, I will not be returning. Recommendations very good, but the feel the price was excessive. Also, my motor vehicle smells are oil … it has been a few days, and still not pleasant to drive with the windows up.

Satisfactory

Just put my car in for a general service. They weren’t pushy with extra sales (which is nice) however did suggest I replace my back windshield wiper be replaced with out there being any sign of being checked (ie the window is still dusty/unwashed). Compared to other services I’ve had at other centres there wasn’t any ‘above and beyond’ service.
