I was served by Kyle, he was very professional and knew what he was talking about, very quickly he had me back on the road.
What a team of great friendly and honest mechanics, I will be back to have my car serviced and dealt with only with them from here on.

I usually don't write reviews but was very impressed by the staff at this store. Even though they were understaffed on the day, they attended to my tire puncture promptly and thoughtfully. There was a big gash in the tire tread due to a large nail or staple that went in on a bad angle. Was preparing myself for a new tire replacement. But they fixed it! (this was an expensive X5 tire). I am very grateful. Thanks Guys.

I had an urgent tyre blow out and although they were obviously very busy with booked in servicing, they were still happy to replace my tyre on the spot. The staff and manager were very friendly and courteous and did not make me feel like a nuisance. Will definitely be moving my regular car service to them. Thank you.

Been having my Ford Focus serviced here for several years and have always found this team helpful and courteous. Time to update my car and today Ben really helped me out at very short notice by checking the car, replacing the 4 tyres and issuing the RWC in a couple of hours. Great service and I really appreciate the prompt help !

I get my car serviced regularly here and they are very professional and friendly. I recently needed a small repair job and I drove there and immediately the guy attended to me and said they could fix it within an hour and sure enough the job was completed within an hour.

This is hopeless

The people at the reception are quite friendly. They seem very experienced and explained well what needs to be done with my car .

Dropped n to get a quote for new rear brakes and new tyres.
Peter quoted for both brakes and tyres and gave me choices about tyres.
He was concerned the brakes and tyres, as they were, created an unsafe situation. With a quote and my agreement, attended immediately to replace tyres, align and balance; and fitted new brakes.
3 hours later, allowing for ordering parts, car ready to go as good as new with an Aust-wide warranty. Great attitude, great value, fixed 2 issues without drama or ripping me off.

Service on the car was good and customer service was great

Went to get advice on oil light coming on one of my cars
Have been servicing both cars for last 20 years
He saw straight awaY that l did not service car there last time as was away and got it service while l was away
All l wanted was check the oil level and if
Needed oil to top up and woumd pay for it
But was abrupt said call not help to to go
I so shocked
I assume there is my loyalty these days even if being loyal for 20 years
Will never go back and wi not recomend to go there

Ben, George & staff are incredibly accommodating & assist in any way they can. Friendly and reasonably priced. Many of our companies staff, now have their own vehicles serviced at My car. We constantly recommend them.

I would have appreciated the mechanic discussing the nature of the service that was carried out.. Not just pay and collect

I was able to get my car serviced straight away as I was concerned about an oil leak.

We gave our Corolla ZR for Basic servicing.

All done OK.

For the first time we tried MY CAR for servicing and quite Satisfied.

Overall the service was fine. However, as a woman I am not too familiar with cars, Mav was a bit impatient when I asked a few questions and showed him in my car the concerns. He could be better.
