Fantastic experience, highly recommend
mycar Charlestown was able to fit me in at short notice and look at my car quickly. The team are always very helpful and I come away feeling like I’m getting good value (that they're honest, and not overcharging or trying to push you to do things that don’t need doing).

Conveniently located, efficient and courteous.
On the whole, I am happy with MyCar Charlestown. They fulfil my car service needs, have just put on (even a week early) 4 new Pirelli tyres (a great Black Friday - half price - deal) and are pleasant/courteous to communicate with. Also, very handily located - in easy reach of everything - while car is being attended to!

Excellent Service in Charlestown

Absolutely unreal service! I popped a tyre and needed a new one at late notice.. MyCar Tyre & Auto were really accommodating, affordable prices, got me in straight away and within an hour i was back on the road..super friendly and knowledgeable staff..i highly recommend these guys and will only be using them in the future. MyCar as previously were great
MyCar as previously were great.
However I was disappointed that when a green slip test was completed, the mechanic didn’t put things close to how they were. Example mirror had been left raised, seat was left pushed back, the drivers pillow was left in back seat etc.
