5000km byd seal service
5000km free service on my byd. No paperwork, no receipt no records, no explanation of anything performed. Fairly sure there is a software update available for my car which wasn't installed. As far as I know the service reminder and sticker was changed and nothing else.

Lovely customer service from the employees, disappointing there was only 1 option for the tyre I could purchase which was $280. Tyre power have many more cheaper options for those who can’t afford $280 per tyre.

Booked a standard service - was contacted regarding a few additional issues that were found and informed of the cost to rectify. No "pressure" to have the work done at that stage (but chose to anyway) and all work was completed on time and to the cost quoted.
