Great EXPERIENCE

Promptly assisted with identified the issue in my car and order parts the same day and was fixed the next day.
Very helpful & polite staff, willing to help.

Absolute scammers - don’t go here

I was quoted $2000 to replace a radiator, water and thermostat, only to take it to a radiator specialist and find that there is absolutely nothing wrong with my car. There is no leak, no overheating issues. These guys are a ok site rip offs and should not be trusted! Don’t take your car here or at least get a second opinion!

Clyde Branch are AWESOME!

went to the clyde branch for a check engine light and the boys looked at my car on the spot and fit me in for a service the next day! great guys, super friendly and really helpful! 10/10

Staff were helpful and friendly but…

Staff were helpful and friendly.
My car went in for a regular service, paid extra for other things that apparently were wrong with my car, and was informed of things that will need attention in the future.
One week later my car was overheating. Turns out oil was getting into the air filter. Extra couple of hundred dollars later, supposedly fixed. A week later, same issue with the water filter getting oil into it. Had to be fixed again. This time no cost because under warranty.
A week later yet again, oil getting into the filter again.
I’m not wanting to point fingers, but my car never had this issue, ever, until I put in in for a service. Could be many reasons like, they missed a fault in the service, caused the fault or it just happened afterwards. I’ll never know. After the 4th time I was told that there may be a crack in the engine and the boss would be in touch with me to try and sort it out, as in they may need my car for a week. I’d already spent over $4000 with them on my car over a 15 month period and now it looked like it was going to cost more.
It didn’t feel right or sound right at all.
The boss/manager never rang me.
I ended up buying a new car and I will never ever take my car there again for a service. Not a positive experience at all.
