Not satisfied at all I paid nearly $1500 for service and repair they fitted a faulty second hand part came back for an issue and they made me pay $470 for another new battery and the car still have same issues I asked for refund they asked me to come back another day absolutely annoying and unprofessional service

Service was fine but there were a few issues found but I wasn’t told anything about getting them fixed and what the next steps are. I didn’t even get told what the issues were until I looked on the paper I was given. Unsure whether to go back to my car or find another mechanic to get the issues resolved?

A standard service was going to take about 5 hours... Which is a while when you can't drive anywhere, but the guys at the Clyde store were well sooner than estimated which was fantastic.

The customer service people Vince and the staff have been really good to me they've really always just told me everything honestly and truthfully May they always just be blessed for everything that they do for each and every person they're very honest and upfront they're never tell anybody anything that they don't need to know so keep up the good work guys

Had 2 tyres changed back on March 2024 and another 2 tyres on July 2024. High quality tyres!

But what made the experience great was Craig. He's very knowledgeable and he takes the time to explain how things work.

Special thank you to Vince at MyCar in Clyde, for going above and beyond to fix my broken indicator - even though I had no appointment and it was almost closing time. He fixed it on the spot with ease and I’m just so appreciate of his kindness and excellent service. Thank you. 5 star service. Highly recommend you visit them.
