I’ve been taking our cars to **mycar Coomera** for years and I’m never disappointed. Lucky was fantastic. He called me a few times to keep me updated on an issue that came up during my daughter’s service, which I really appreciated as it was difficult to return calls.
We had a few parts that needed replacing, so it ended up being a costly visit, but the level of service and the genuine feeling of getting value for money made all the difference. I never felt like we were being taken advantage of.
Lucky was also incredibly helpful with my 17-year-old daughter, taking the time to explain everything clearly and even showing us photos of the parts, what was wrong, and why they needed replacing. That transparency, education and care means a lot.

From the moment we walked in we were made to feel welcome and valued. Lucky greeted us with professionalism and attentiveness. We had a list of things we really needed checking on our old Camry and he went over every little detail with us to ensure he understood our needs. He phoned us a couple times during the service, to check with us on issues they had found. When we picked up our car, he again went over everything with us, so we understood everything that had been done and what we needed to keep an eye on in the future.

I booked and paid for my tyre change online, super easy process. And when I got there it was just as easy. It can be intimidating going in as a woman to do these things alone, but it was made so stress free. They included a few things they found that will need to be done to my car. But with no pressure to fix then and there. I will definitely be back and recommend to anyone who will listen.
