Kept me in the loop with what needed to…
Kept me in the loop with what needed to be done on top of the service before proceeding. Amazing customer service.
Took our car to buy two new tyres
Took our car to buy two new tyres, and a wheel alignment for peace of mind, drove perfectly before (except for needing new front tyres) bought two very expensive tyres (back tyres were only new recently).
Got car back and it vibrated like crazy. Took it back to Mycar Coomera and was told by the manager….. “It’s not the tyres it’s your driveline, but if you buy two new tyres for back it will fix the problem”
Now, in 40 years of driving I have never had this happen when changing 2 tyres, but here it was, perfect going in “Driveline repair” coming out.
I took the car to Beaurepairs upper Coomera and asked (without telling them the reason) if they could balance and align the front tyres as car was vibrating.
They were extremely critical of whoever we had taken the car too, wheel alignment marking paint was put on but no adjustments Made, Beaurepairs made a noticeable adjustment, tyre weights were all out, Beaurepairs rebalanced and fixed, AND…. then they pointed out, the rear weights were missing and look to have been removed and Beaurepairs rebalanced rear wheels as well.
The car now rides like a tram, smooth and comfortable.
To the man who was in the 4WD in the office before me, maybe you should get Beaurepairs to check your “Drive Line” problem too.
Not interested in getting my money back, hoping this warns other people away from these shonky repairers.
Avoid these muppets like a plague

DONT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR CAR
Booked in for normal
Service. Came out with no issues to car. Drove 3klm and car starts hissing and coolant going everywhere. They broke my radiator cap and now all of a sudden there are many issues with my car when there wasn’t prior to them touching my car for a service. They even said it was all fine. How come 3klm down the road it’s not???? Do not use this company as they are rude and won’t address the concerns. The store staff are rude and arrogant and the Head Office won’t even honour their repairs under the consumer guarantee. DONT TRUST THEM
not knowledgeable
Courteous and quick with my car service; did not give details of what they had done and were quite dismissive when I asked questions. Did not clean the car and were dismissive when I called a few days later, asking about a key and battery icon that had come up on my car display. The person on the phone told me to call RACQ or change the car battery myself. When I called RACQ, they said that I only needed to change my car keyfob battery. I have become quite mistrustful of them if they do not even know this!
Empathy and Expertise
I have an ongoing issue with an engine light and I really appreciated the chat over how to deal with it and what the cause may be. Particularly as they seemed more knowledgeable about this than the actual car manufacturer when I’ve tried to get it diagnosed there.
Excellent Customer Service
Customer service attendant was very professional and was able to communicate a detailed report of the results of my concerns in a way that clear for me to understand.
I ordered two tyres and was told my tyres were solid and identified a puncture was the issue. They refunded the tyres. It was great to have an honest mechanic.
Very efficient
Very efficient. All repairs found at service time were repaired the same day.
Excellent Customer Experience

Thank you MyCar Coomera .

DO NOT RECOMMEND
DO NOT RECOMMEND. If you decide to take your vehicle here, hope that you do not have any follow up issues or concerns, because you will be met with an extremely rude, dismissive staff and management that will do and say anything to buck any responsibility and flog you off.
My partner took his car in after it had engine oil issues after a recent service at a previous MyCar. He received poor service from the mechanic, Richard, who didn't bother to even look at the vehicle when my partner explained the issues he was having after the service. Somehow, without looking at the vehicle, Richard was able to diagnose the problem and determine that it was not their responsibility and that I should take it to a different mechanic because they are 'incapable of fixing such issue'. When my partner (not a mechanic) took a look at the vehicle himself, he found that the issue was not what Richard said; he was just saying anything to flog me off.
He escalated the issue with the store manager Adam McCrystal, who also, keeping with the store culture, provided horrible service. He finally inspected the vehicle, and he was able to find an oil leak issue completely different to Richards flog off diagnosis. However, Adam was unable to tell me what the actual issue is and where it was coming from; just that it is unrelated to the previous service and that it's not their fault, and that I would have to rebook and pay for the works. When my partner asked about the nature of the issue and questions like 'is the car safe to drive', he was met with rudeness and contempt by Adam as if I was asking too many questions and annoying him with my genuine concerns.
This review may be long-winded, but I feel the need to provide a warning with detail and effort, unlike the service at MyCar Coomera.
We highly recommend going to another repair shop (and so do the staff at MyCar).
They also seemed to have bent and possibly damaged my vehicle's front bumper while inspecting the vehicle, an issue we will be escalating with mycar.
