I dislike the fact that the person who is behind the counter does not seem to know a lot about mechanics. I asked him if the next service was a minor or major service. He replied, there is no such thing as a minor or major service. He told me they only offer essential service or log book service. He said on a log book service they do slightly more. Every place I have had a car or bike serviced, has done around three minor services in a row. Changing oil and filter and general maintenance. A major service requires oil change new spark plugs and checking valve clearance. I don’t think the man who serves behind the counter is a mechanic or is mechanical minded.

The mechanics here are so lovely. Trustworthy and knowledgeable. Would recommend these guys to everyone and anyone. Had to bring my car in for a service, gave me a great price and super efficient.

Everyone is friendly and professional. Communication is great. After hours keys pick up system in place. Service prices are competitive. Car drives and sounds great. We will be back.

Great work and communication

I have had 4 services done here and the team are a nice bunch of people. They greet you politely with a smile and speak to you about any issues they may find during their service check.

Ivan was very helpful and gave me a quote. He was present on the day of the service and on-time with his assistance. I had nothing wrong with the car and the quoted price was what I paid. Being on a Disability Support Pension this meant that I was in budget and I am grateful to MyCar for keeping me on the road.
