Brought my car in for a service, expecting basic checks like coolant to be done. First time I caught the low coolant myself, just days after the service had been done. 10,000km later, I brought in my car for another service, I assumed my coolant had been topped—wrong. Engine overheated on a short drive just 10 days after service and repairs cost me $1300.

Very disappointed. This should’ve been a simple check. I never had to check my coolant levels myself immediately after a basic service with my previous garage. How many more things are you not checking?

My previous garage also does not try to sell minor me overpriced items when the basics are not done. You are always trying to get me to do a wheel alignment just a month after I’ve done a wheel alignment.

I guess I’ll go back to my previous garage after all. Never had any issues with them.

The car was serviced on time and the staff are friendly and helpful, updates where either sent via SMS or phone call if anything other than the standard items where required.

Very accomodating, timely with work undertaken. Advice was customer safety focussed.

I’ve been using mycar for years now and Richard and his team are great at what they do. Great customer service and prices. Also open on Saturday’s so no need for time off work. Five stars every time

I needed a new tyre car and walked in without a booking. One of the team members his name was I think "Black" helped me out and sorted efficiently. He was being polite, efficient and helpful. And I got my new tyre same day with in an hour. Thanks Black for your Great customer service.

Everything was great, except for one thing: the headlight restoration was carried out, yet because it was a rainy day it affected the finish. Headlights are no longer yellow but have spots etc on them. I’d done a better job on my van.

I would like to thank Richard on sorting out my son‘s car after having a Talk, he personally sorted out all the problems and made it right and the gentleman that he is he threw in a free service for my troubles once again thank you Richard

booked in to replace/repair brakes and to replace induction hose.
disregarded information provided over the phone when booked in.
repeatedly unable to reach the workshop via phone
picked car up once work was completed and paid for only to realise some of the air intake had been damaged and was now sucking air in from a connection bypassing the filter, leading to poor fuel economy

Good service. Lots of explanation. Good time frame with flexibility.

Everything met and exceeded my expectations.

I can't fault these guys in any way, they are professional, courteous and always happy to answer questions, I recently had an emergency with my car and they didn't hesitate for me to come in so they could get me back on the road again

We bought 4 Tyres for our car in the Black Friday sales and had them fitted in January. Very happy with the service and price of the Tyres. The guys at Corio Village were exceptional and couldn't do enough for us. Well done guys...
