Every time my car gets serviced the staff communicate with me when they find something that needs to be replaced straight away or with the next service. Always happy when I leave there I know my car is safe to be driven.

Fantastic customer service. When I called worried about my car being unroadworthy after having taken it to another auto place only a couple months back, not only did they listen to me, but were very understanding, accomodating, went above and beyond to assist me, and moved their day around to fit me in first thing the following morning. They were punctual with the time given for my repairs. Staff were professional in manner, friendly, polite and treated you as a person not just another number. They explained the problems they had found, were honest and promptly fixed them as soon as I gave them the authorisation to do so. They were competitive with their pricing. Very easy to deal with the staff, especially Kyle, at the Cranbourne Park service centre. Would highly recommend anyone to use this auto repair shop. Will definitely be back when the time arises. Thank you to all working there and keep up the great work. 😊

Reason why am giving 2stars as had my car serviced recently and thought they did a thorough job until had a breakdown recently and cause of it was literally had no fuel which the fuel gauge on dashboard gives me a false reading. Been told that the spring inside when did a fuel filter replacement was left uncheck nor didn't bring back to where it should be. Massive thanks to Mycar at fountain gate they did a thorough check including spark plug, alternator and batteries to ensure smooth running of my car. Will go to their store next scheduled logged service.

Great customer service honest and reliable!

The guy on the front service counter was really helpful and gave me a short time only to come back for collection of the 2 replacement tyres. It was only half hour latter so I just did a bit of shopping and came back 45 mins latter for the collection. No surprise to me that they were ready as I use them for many years and always 5 star service.

The staff were lovely and explained everything that was included.
They listened to me when I was explaining what my concerns were and didn’t treat me like an idiot.
They showed me what work they had done when completed.
They were extremely busy with phone calls and walk ins but they were polite and friendly with everyone no matter what was going on.

They are so professional that they can fix my car's issue every time. The price is very good too. I strongly recommend this mycar shop.
