The price match was great

The price match was great. The customer service was good. They advised that the tire swap would take 90 minutes but it took three hours inc the alignment.

CE Cranbourne needs to treat customers better

Update: I called the mycar customer care number in the reply to my review and they immediately fixed the issue. Very happy.
Dropped my car in for a log book service Thursday Arvo for the Friday booking. Didn't get it back until Saturday. For my previous booking, I also dropped it off Thurs for a Friday booking and didn't get it back until Monday. That time Craig (manager) called and apologised and said he would comp the $70 for the part they couldn't get in time, which was great, but was charged for it anyway. Even though a note was put on my file about the missed discount, when I brought it up for this appointment Craig made me feel like I was being unreasonable because I was getting $100 off for a Pirelli tire promotion when I bought 4 new tyres from them a few months earlier. I'm not unreasonable. I know Friday appointments can be difficult, but if you say you're going to comp something, do it. And don't try and embarrass the customer if they bring up your error.

This was my first time using MyCar

This was my first time using MyCar. Great service and price!
Any additional work that may need to be carried out was very clearly explained and there was no pressure to do the extra work….just information.

Friendly and professional…

Friendly and professional communication.
They made it possible that I could come on the same morning with a flat tyre. The service was quick.
Though I had a Tyre Care Plan and they didn't earn any money with the puncture repair.

Dashboard issues

We called in as our dashboard on our Honda CRV was lit up like a Christmas tree. Didn’t know if it was safe to drive but they very promptly put their equipment onto out car and sorted our issues. Thank you once again for helping us out when we didn’t have an appt. Car seems to be all happy again and so are we.

I was recommended to do logbook…

I was recommended to do logbook service, which cost me more but the service provided wasn’t on the nissan qashqai logbook. I had no copy of any logbook recommended check up from nissan neither the CE mycar branch. They did not show any kind of logbook services that was necessary for my specific car.

Mycar service

The staff were very polite and friendly. They kept me informed of the work that needed to be done, and the car was ready much quicker than I expected.
The only problem was one thing that I needed checked is still continuing. They did say to come back in a few weeks to check on things.
