Always ask them to write down the quoted price
Staffs are friendly and helpful, however quoted one price, then another person goes with the car, they gave another price, higher then quoted.
Suggest they take responsibility to write down how much they quoted and do as what they advised the client. It is not the clients responsibility to tell them how much they quoted!
