The service was good-the job was done quickly and done well.

If you, the Manager is in the office and its ten minutes to opening time let the customers in instead of keeping your door locked and getting them to stand outside in the blistering heat it - bad customer service! I saw two people (one a nurse) fed up and left as the lock key box didn't work either

The cost of replacing brake pads was horrendous almost 40% more than what I was quoted by my local garage but i had no option as MyCar was on my way to work so for convenience I dropped it off hoping it will be around the same price or little more but I had no other option as I was heading down south the next day, Bad decision.

I also asked them to fix my aircon or regas it as we are in a middle of a heatwave - when I collected the car this was not done so we sweltered in the heatwave driving to Bridgetown

I then asked them to fix my front bumper bar which had been reversed into a few days earlier. This was not done when I collected the car!! Not even an explanation by a guy who seemed so fed up with his job he was glad to see the back of a customer

The last straw was when I asked him about My Car roadside assistance - he told me to call RAC!!!
I am sorry there is not a zero star as this is what this place truly deserves

I initially took my car my car as it was making a whirring whining noise and had a smell. My car was diagnosed as nothing wrong and I was charged $85 and told sometimes we can get in our heads about a noise. I continued to drive it thinking something wasn’t right. I called another mechanics and booked it in for a second opinion. But before this could happen my car died. I had it towed to my car which was closest. It was the alternator, which when I googled the noise came up as the first issue so think it should’ve been really obvious one for experienced mechanics. I was charged $950 to fix. I said at least you could take the $85 off for the incorrect diagnosis! He agreed but it didn’t happen when I picked car up. My car are good at servicing but beyond that I feel let down. I won’t be returning and I’ve been going for years.

The attendant at the front counter was really helpful about an issue I was having with a charging error. He took the time to explain recent updates and how these would resolve my issues.

My husband dropped off the car. The front desk person was not helpful. I have also dealt with this person before when I put my car in for service. Very short and abrupt with answering any questions. I have been using this Mycar site for all my car service for 3 years and have always had friendly and excellent service and communication. Sorry but you’ve now lost a regular customer.

Day and time of service fitted my needs. The starter battery failed on the morning of the service and the guys accepted my late delivery for the service. The servicing was completed by mid afternoon - excellent.
One problem - the wrong service slip in my log book was filled in - 190,000km rather than the far more extensive 200,000km - leaving me concerned that the wrong service was done - and I paid for the latter (over $1,150). I checked with the guys and they filled in the 200,000km service slip and assured me that the more extensive service had been completed. I accepted their assurances.

Very good customer service and very accommodating with scheduling my service bringing it forward. Pick up on agreed time.

I booked and paid to get new tyres via the MyCar website, however, the website quoted the wrong size tyres which were much cheaper than those needed.
MyCar mechanic called and explained this error but offered the correct size tyres with a minimal additional cost. Being on a pension this was extremely appreciated. Thank you MyCar love my new tyres.

Really quick service - car ready when promised.

Took my car in on a Saturday morning with a screw in my tyre and they fixed it straight away as I was between clients and in a rush.

Ok pricing. I paid for a service + wiper check + wheel alignment, then I also paid for two new tyres and a bulb replacement.

However, I heard nothing back about my wipers and the wheel alignment does not seem to have been done as it drifts so far to the left which it never did before (before was slight drift to the right) - quite disappointed by this. The place was also very busy with only one staff member around when I was there - phone was constantly ringing as he could not be everywhere. His manner was very polite, though.

Happy with the service of the car and the customer service.
