Because my car in foresthill gave us prompt service, the mechanic worked on our car knew exactly what was the problem.

Helpful in an emergency. Pleasant people.

When booking, I was told it will take about one hour. When I got to reception, the manager saw me waiting but only came after about 10 minutes and that was only because the phone rang and was told about two hours but I would get a call. I went back after Two hours and no call. When they saw me in reception they started on the car.

Overall disappointed. 6 weeks ago I had a punctured tyre repaired. The tyre then started leaking 5 weeks later. I returned the car to fix the leak on Friday 12 June at 12 noon and was told that due to staff away ill the car would take over 2 hours to be looked at. I couldn't leave it due to other commitments so returned on the Sat morning at 9 am. I was rung a short time later to say all tyres would need to be replaced and that the car would need to be there for at least 4 hours. i had the tyres replaced. At 3 pm after returning home the brand new front right tyre was flat and the forest hill branch was closed. The tyre valve was faulty and it was leaking . Fortunately I had another valve and drove the car to a petrol station to insert air. Shoddy service. Overall I wish there had been more honesty on the first visit regarding the need for new tyres as I wouldn't have wasted money on the tyre repair which was shortlived. Improved communication too would be helpful when a job is unable to be undertaken in the time advised. I appreciate staff get ill but all it takes is a phone call. And ensuring when you pay $1300 for four new tyres you don't find an hour after returning home that the tyre is flat due to poor workmanship!!

Good deals and great service from Forest Hill especially Louisa at the desk, who made this chore a pleasure as she listened to me and provided a great outcome. Looking for new tyres then go see the guys at Forest Hill branch.

Went to get a puncture repair, was told very busy and come back in an hour or two. When I returned the repair was done immediately, I was on my way in under 20min.

Incorrect data being maintained on our family vehicles. That is assigning the wrong rego numbers to the wrong jobs.
Complete chaos from an admin perspective, notwithstanding the Team who work on the cars are very helpful.
