Fantastic customer experience from Logan and Chris at Fountain Gate.

Easy booking my car in.
Dropping off the car was quick and easy, and the service was completed in a fast time and communication was great. Pickup was quick, and the staff member was great in explaining things.

Logan from MyCar in Fountain Gate has consistently been honest, reliable and professional. In every interaction, he demonstrates a personable and respectful manner, and values me as a returning customer.

Friendly, knowledgeable and considerate. The team are transparent when it comes to the inevitable additional works that come with a log book service and flexible around your needs.

Front desk person very friendly even though it was a 40 degree day which would have made it very hard for everyone to work under those conditions
We did have a but of a wait but dud not mind as we were in cool conditions at the shopping centre
Would recommend Mycar tyre service highly, efficient & reasonably priced our first experience but very happy

Services through MY CAR at Fountain Gate is extremely concerning and in respect to CHRIS new manager… and his inappropriate behaviour towards my daughter is NOT ok.
Definitely training is needed. - Quality need to be involved in this.
Not sure why work has not been done on my daughters car and damage done - she has paid for work and yet nothing has been done BUT a lot of damage.
What I can tell you is.. CHRIS was not happy at the time he needed to squeeze the car in for repairs - when my daughter called after spending hours x 4+ with young children at fountain gate shops - “how much longer will it be “ - “she was told they had not started on it yet”.
When she finally got the car back and drive it away it was making strange noises .
photos have been taken and address with the ombudsmen and consumer affairs as well as FB and we will be contacting 60min.
I contacted Chris this morning to address concerns and our conversation was not informative and he stated my daughter is a lier.

My daughter is moving to QLD in a few days and now… not unable to drive her car due to these issues.
I have cancer and she is moving here to support me with my treatment - due to theses issues with MY CAR business - I have had to booked flights for her and my grandchildren to fly to QLD and now she has no car to drive me to my appointments and she will need to fly back to Melbourne to get her car after it’s fixed (NOT WITH YOUR COMPANY EVER AGAIn)
Disappointed and angry with how she and I have been treated - WE WILL continue to let other know of how we have been treated with your service - SO upset and I don’t need this kind of stress at this point in my treatment.

Staff very friendly, service affordable and work completed quickly can’t complain about that

Need to improve on hours of service. Drop my car 8am and picked up at 4pm already.

I still have a weird sound coming from behind the dash and my temp gauge started rising
