Amazing work topped off with a smile!
The team remembered my name from last time and welcomed me with a smile. I asked for an essential plus service and a wheel alignment, however, the headlights needed a clean (after the last place did a terrible job and even scratched them!) and so did the oil filter, but I was made well aware why and how urgent they were not long after the inspection. Little red came back absolutely purring and looking a million bucks when I picked her up. Thank you so much to the team!

Same day service with a smile
I called for a 80,000km service time for my BYD. Mycar suggested I bring it straight in. I was offered a quote, and an estimated time of return. The quote was perfect and the car was finished well before the time quoted.
ALL staff were happy, helpful and friendly. The car is running well, as usual

Not a bad job
Not a bad job, greasy foot prints on floor, will supply a news paper next service. Wants to do more silly stuff like wiper blades, engine wash and wheel alignment. Can do myself heaps cheaper. If it was put on rack to measure that's half of the fix, why not do it.

In store staff are great and keep you updated throughout your service and let you know any additional repairs & costs. Online booking system needed upfront payment to confirm the booking which i didn’t expect or like as I was unsure which service i needed.
