Amazing staff , fantastic job!!!

Michael who assisted me was nothing short of a legend . Whilst extremely busy with multiple tasks he managed to sort out our mechanical issue extremely quickly and hassle free . Well done team !

Good advice. Went out of mile in getting my Aircon serviced through another technician. Called few times to confirm few things to be serviced, other than normal servicing of my car.

I’ll start with saying these moments restore my faith in human beings.

My wife received an impromptu puncture somewhere between daycare and work this morning. After calling around I eventually contacted Mycar Tyre & Auto at Geebung. I spoke with Michael and to my relief he advised he could inspect and repair the tyre immediately.

I arrived minutes later before meeting Michael at the front counter. Then in no time, Michael was inspecting the tyre and assessing the damage. At first, it appeared a tyre replacement was likely and expensive. I was also anticipated this meant an additional tyre would need to be purchased to ensure my vehicle was balanced during its travels.

At this point, Michael explained some likely scenario’s if the screw was removed and made some inquires if these outcomes occurred.

Michael then removed the screw and advised no replacement or repair was required as tyre was holding pressure and hadn’t pierced the internal structure of the tyre.

In this moment I realised Michael was simply an honest, professional and decent human being. Furthermore, I then asked Michael the cost associated with his services. Michael said, “no cost”.

This almost rendered me speechless. It’s at this point I became a lifetime customer. Michael could have easily sold the fact the tyre was unrepairable or unsafe and I would need to purchase two new replacement tyres. Michael stated to me he always asked the question, “Would I replace the tyre?”, and in this circumstance he said, “No”.

Thank you to you and the team at Mycar, I will see you again.

What a helpful and professional bunch of guys they are at mycar Geebung. Two days before I was due to depart on a trip through NSW with the car and van, I developed a concerning engine problem. Paul identified the culprit (cracked Turbo hose) immediately. The very next day he ordered in the replacement hose, had it fitted and me on my way with time to spare. Would never have got that service at the dealership. Outstanding .... thanks guys.

I booked in for new brake pads. I had a report from a major service company saying they needed replacement with possible disc replacement costing $1400. Honestly you rely on the mechanics advice to get things done. I booked with Geebung My Car and they showed me and measured my brake pads at 3mm more than the other company, And advised me based on my Klms that they would be fine until my next service. That sort of honesty from a mechanic will keep me and my family going back to this workshop. Much appreciated guys and thankyou.

This place provided excellent real old fashioned customer service experience swapping some tyres around for my 86 year old mother, as well as checking a tyre and would not take any money for his efforts. He was also lovely to deal with and certainly made my Mother’s Day! You don’t get service like this these days. Great job team!

Communication was as always top notch. Very happy with service provided to the car. Only issue, I leave the car protected from the Sun, but the shade is never in place when return to the car. Would definitely recommend..
