Great service, quick and honest. I have been servicing the car with MyCar for the past 3 years and still very happy with it.

They attended and quickly diagnosed the problem with the vehicle and fixed it.
It was thundering and raining and they came and picked me up to collect the car.

These guys do a great job for an affordable price and haven't been able to fault their servicing for the price. However I don't understand why Mycar as an organisation are so precious about stamping the book when you are paying for a service?
A cars service history is an important thing to document and unless you are buying a log book service you have to frustratingly request that the book be stamped or least written in and this would make me shop elsewhere next time if stamping my book is so much of an issue.
If Mycar could change this and at least ensure all books were stamped at each and every service describing what work was carried out I would be happier with using this service.

At the end of day the team at Geebung repaired a flat tyre and helped me get back on the road. Thank you!

Terrible service and experience! I booked a vehicle inspection to have it registered from interstate. I dropped the car first thing in the morning hoping it could be done if there is anything to be fixed before lunch in time for the registration. The staff who received my car was not even welcoming but I didn’t mind as I was focused on the certificate. After more than an hour, i received an sms advising that the car is ready to pick up. I was so excited to go back to the shop as I did not recive any call for the things that need to be fixed. I was positive that I will get ‘PASSED’ certificate. Unfortunately he just handed me ‘FAILED’ certificate. He enumerated different faults mostly on the brakes and kindly asked him to fix it to have the certificate. He said, they don’t fix it and I should go to other shops that could do that. So what’s the point of your service then if you cannot offer the fix? Had I known that you cannot fix issues in the car for the certificate, I would have booked to the other shops. You should not have the inspection services if you cannot fix issues because you are just wasting someone’s time and money.

Very honest and good price

I have unresolved issues on my vehicle that I was told were unfixable like simply adjusting the clutch which the manager argued with me was hydraulic and yet it is a cable with a nut adjustment, further he claimed I had steering issues which if they continued I should take my car to a different mechanic. I have been a long time customer of my car and will never be back. I am extremely disappointed

Long story but in short don't Rip off people hard earn money if cannt provide correct service then don't advertise it.

Always been a great experience , I am not sure that fella a I dealt with and his name my apologies but he was very helpful and I did ask quite a few question and he explained very nicely , so over all a great experience thank you
