I would like to say Thank you very much to the Team at My Car Gorokon. I live in NZ but have a car on the Central Coast that I got for my daughter. Being in another country makes it difficult when the car needs services or repairs. I have finally found the best place to go no matter the problem. Yesterday the car required work after it wouldn't start. They found the problem quickly and ensured that not only that problem was fixed but that the car had an overall check which ment they noticed the battery was on its last legs so replaced it which prevented my daughter and granddaughter not getting caught out in the near future. And to top that off they went above and beyond when the spare keys didn't function and they went out of there way to pick up the original keys and ensure us confidently the car was in top reliable working order before handing it back to my daughter. I appreciate there integrity, professional response and community minded support. They are friendly team and explained very well the problem and work that was carried out giving us total peace of mind. Thanks Team we will always be happy to bring our car to you🙂🙂

The Manager has been receptive to the needs that I had as it was a puncture that had to be addressed. He organized a new tyre for my vehicle and within few days I had it on my vehicle.

Called up to book in and they understood what I was talking about in reference to what needed replacing. Also they are open on a Saturday, which makes it easier. Quote upfront and ready on time.

The crew at Lake Haven/Gorokan were 3 Crew Members down and still managed to go above and beyond to get my car sorted in time for me to get too work!! This is why I ALWAYS go back!!!
