ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE
From start to finish the customer service team were fantastic.The price for 4 tyres on my ute was unmatchable I saved myself $400 no-one else could come close to matching the deal I got from the boys at Hastings and I checked them all out!
Seriously do yourself a favour and get your tyres done at My car Hastings.

Problem solved!
I was looking to get an RACV pre-purchase vehicle inspection done, and found myself having a lot of difficulty arranging this after contacting multiple locations on their website.
In the end I called up MyCar Hastings which was local to the dealership I was looking at buying from. At short notice they were happy to look over the car for me and charged a very reasonable fee. They also gave me honest advice about items that required attention, which I was very grateful for. They turned what was becoming a frustrating experience into a quick and easy process, and were very friendly and professional. Happy customer!

I took my Dodge Journey in for an overdue service and was really impressed with the friendliness and customer service. While I was there I saw the front desk guy try to help a young driver with a flat tyre. He educated her on “spares” etc and even pointed her down the road when they didn’t have the particular type of tyre she needed (instead of having to wait)
All round super friendly, really patient and understanding.
They were also super efficient and had my car ready several hours prior to initially expected.
But if I had to think of one word to explain… it would have to be kind. For some, having your car serviced does induce anxiety. You don’t know what’s wrong, often don’t understand it when they say it and you’re spending a lot of money. These guys are kind. And that matters!!
I didn’t grab his name but the guy at the customer service counter at the Hastings “My Car” should be commended for being an absolute asset to the company and a welcome kindness in our community.

Volkswagen waterpump
During the working week my Volkswagen 1.4 TSI decided to delete it's water pump and being on the weekend there's not many mechanics open for trade. I decided to ring around to get some quotes and the pricing was gut wrenching, but Rory and his team came and saved the day, they managed to fix my problem within 2 days of randomly calling on the weekend, and the quote they gave me was much cheaper then anywhere else I just rang!
I personally will be coming back for any other issues that may arise with my pesky Volkswagen
I highly recommend Rory and his team!

Best experience I’ve ever had at a mechanic. My car was repaired within a day and total price was under the quote. This included a puncture repair, basic service and safety check also.
Amazing.
