Booked the car in for a 110K service. Very professional and excellent service provided. Shaq is lovely to deal with. Dropped the car in at 9.30 and it was ready by 4.30.

I had my car running low on coolant…
I had my car running low on coolant just 1 day after taking it to have service at mycar.
When I complained they told me my I paid for a basic service when I didn’t. I paid for a log-book service and when I requested to get my book stamped they lost it. I have called to get it back and since I haven’t get any communication. Worse service ever

Very Trustworthy Workshop!!!
myCar Hawthorn branch is a very reliable mechanic workshop. The booking process is very systematic and very up-to-date. I booked a logbook service for my 2006 Ford Focus and the experience was fantastic...surprisingly it also comes with a 12 month road side assistance service...after my experience here, I will no longer go to other dodgy workshops who quote me high prices to replace unimportant things...these guys gave me a recommended list of things to repair with priorities...its my choice whether I want to fix them...and I do feel my car was taken care of and even the parts/oil they re-filled/replaced were good quality stuff.....highly recommened....
