Ali is excellent
Ali is excellent. He: communicated promptly & with every step, keeping me updated, as well as ensuring that I’m understanding what the associated & additional costs were for the car. I was struggling to pick up the car in a timely Ali was very understanding & patient with me about it. (Definitely not the experience I’ve had in other garages, where the demand to pick up is rather high, and often aggressive.
