Great service and was very impressed by the time it took to sort my tyres out.

Wrong advise to change tyres.
Took to Highpoint mycar at Maribyrnong. Told I had 4 bald tyres and need to change all. Service ok , Second opinion at Tyre shop ,not bald , thread ok only 2 rear Tyres old will need change eventually as rubber will start to deteriorate . Don't repair what is not a problem , recheck with second opinion.

Was told I’d get a call regarding air conditioning (they don’t do it there), didn’t and was not given an itemised list of what was actually done during the service, my last service I was given a quote on repairs and this one I didn’t get anything, the variation between services is dissapointing but the team are generally quite helpful and nice

Despite the website showing 2-hour service blocks for the 3600km service, it took 5 hours. I was there before 8:00am, so no delays.... The bloke at the front desk was apologetic, explaining the necessary computer downloads, but my waiting was unprepared beforehand. (I felt sorry for him, too.)
Finally, this was after an earlier booked service at BYD was cancelled by the service team - 'double-booked'. I trust this first servicing experience was an anomaly.

Tyre Fitting and Wheel Alignment
Using the website and booking via online chat was easy. The call handler was very helpful and located the nearest branch which had the tyres I needed urgently in stock. The tyres were ready at the appointed time and were fitted quickly and efficiently. My only gripe is that they couldn’t print out the wheel alignment results when I picked the car up and didn’t email them to me afterwards as they promised to do. Otherwise I was very happy with the service.
Highly recommend mycar
Booking was efficient
Staff friendly
Service was undertaken perfectly
Very impressed
Job completed quickly and customer service was great. Would highly recommend MyCar.
Worst service centre
I would never generally write a bad review but this has been the worst experience I have ever had with a service centre. If you have a Holden vehicle DO NOT bring it to MyCar, they have managed to cause as issue with my car that ran perfectly before it’s service.
I recently brought my Holden Astra in for a standard log book service, it had no issues and upon its return I was told that everything was perfect with my vehicle. I barely got a quarter of the way home before a ‘Service ESC’ message appeared and my engine light came on. I took it straight back to them and had to Uber home with bags full of groceries I had just purchased.
I got my car back later that day and was told it was the spark plugs that needed adjusting and it was now fixed. I drove home, it felt off but I trusted they had fixed it. The next morning, same issue happened again, when idle my car would shake and was really scary to drive. I took it right back again and was told the spark plugs must be faulty. They changed these over to spark plugs direct from Holden and said that my car was now all good. My partner took it home, felt okay so we thought it must be all good now.
The next morning the engine light was back on and the car was having the same issues. I went back to them, got a refund and explained I needed to take my car elsewhere. They gave a refund right away- definitely an admission of guilt that they’d done something wrong. That same day I had a man come out on the weekend from a Holden service centre to run diagnostics himself. He found an issue with the air flow and told me to take it back to MyCar, show them the error and this time they should be able to fix it. I was reluctant, however this particular Holden dealership was over an hour away, I didn’t feel comfortable driving it to them and I was already parked at Highpoint near MyCar. I reluctantly took it back to them, and just on the short drive down to them my engine lost power completely along the way. We managed to restart the car and rendering it unable to be driven, we left it with them again as our last option.
Come today, I get a call back saying the problem was finally fixed. My air filter has been installed incorrectly, it was now good and there were no issues running the car. Now, I’m meant to be going on a road trip tomorrow so we drove the car around to test it. No error messages, no lights on, mostly felt fine. We decided we wanted someone from Holden to look over it, so we drove it to a Holden service centre close by and whilst having the car in reverse to park it, the engine completely died, lost all power and we started rolling back. Safe to safe although the dash wasn’t displaying any error, the problem is not fixed.
Now I don’t know if these guys have caused permanent damage to my vehicle, however this is a 2017 model car, it has only done 56,000km and was in perfect order before they touched it. If I could turn back time I would never bring it here, worst mistake of my life. I also now have to cancel my two week holiday which I have taken my annual leave for because I am unable to drive my car. Absolutely ridiculous and horrible situation. I would say to anyone if you want a fast service come here, if you want a good service, go anywhere else. I am just hoping that if I have to fork out money to get this issue fixed that MyCar will be liable to pay. They have wasted a week worth of time, travelling back and forth and have now caused me to loose money from my trip I can no longer go on. DO NOT COME HERE
