Clear and Honest
Clear, friendly communication.
Additionally, 2 years ago I lost a Lunar New Year Red Envelope filled with cash. To my knowledge this was long gone, dropped on a street somewhere. After I picked up my car, and reached in to the glove box, there it was. It had clearly dropped back into the car somewhere and had now been dislodged by staff, with all the money still there.
For all I knew the envelope was gone, and they could have taken it without my noticing. I loved the casual honesty :) thank you
