Professional and fast inspection for rego

Arrived with an appointment at 10, with a duration of 1.5h according to the booking. Was told that there was no spots left for the day and was offered the only option of picking up the car at 2pm, after explaining I had an appointment and being told booking system was s__t (not my words). Work was finished at 1:30pm , had to miss work when not expected. Work was done to good standard, but the initial person I talked to in the morning was inflexible and plainly impolite in my opinion, however the person that served me when picked the car was nice.
Appointment should have been honoured or rescheduled in advanced. Not a reflect of all locations, but probably won't go to the this branch again.

My vehicle needed a part and I had a timeline ! They got it that day and fitted with no fuss and I was on my way again problem free

I recently needed two new tyres prior to going on a road trip. Mycar Katoomba were extremely helpful in fitting new Tyres for me in a hurry. They offered me a last minute appointment and had the tyres done in 30 mins.
