Communication was poor, made decisions without discussing with me, had my car for over a month, started out with a quote for$250 went up to a couple a grand then to 4100 then to 4600 and when car was ready was asked for 5 grand

Honest and frank about how dangerous my car had become (showed me the evidence). Did the their best to keep the cost down. I needed my car for the weekend so they stayed open late to have it fixed for me so that I could drive safely for a long distance. Also very much appreciate all the warranties that come with new tyres and the service etc.

Rang and gave me service price over the phone without me asking. Which for me is great. Very professional and when I picked up car they explained problems they found and what time frame they need to be looked at. So wasn't pushing to get done now, so was thinking of the customer. Again fanastic.

Found all my tyres are losing pressure and walked in to mycar in Kew Cotham Road, Kenny immediately attended my car and booked me in for a repair on the same day even though their schedule for the day was back to back. The service as a whole is the best ever I have experienced over 10 years.
