I recently required a new handbrake in my Honda HRV. The team at MyCar Knox were polite and helpful at all times and I would recommend them for all repairs and servicing.

Swift resolution

I was able to make a time for the next day for my car to be booked in for tyre replacement and wheel alignment.
I was given a time of 11/2 hours to complete the service and was sent a message within this timeframe on completion.
Happy with service and price quoted for work.

Great friendly service with everything explained clearly

Good service. Fit the car in at my convenience and short notice. Friendly and direct. Didn't do any work without a clear articulation of what work was needed and why, as well as a clear outline of costs. They were also understanding that not all work could be done immediately, so gave good advice on timelines.

Great experience with MyCar Knox for repair of a tyre puncture. Very helpful, friendly service and attention to detail. They took great care of the rims - we have had bad experiences with other places leaving scratches, so very happy that these guys took great care. Also, they are conveniently located next to the shopping centre so there’s plenty to do while waiting. Highly recommended.
