Staff members are always nice and the service is exceptional. My car has always been serviced by Mycar at Kotara . It’s great to see so many young females in the workshop taking up the trade .

Tyres are the ones I requested and supplied at a competitive price. However, I was extremely disappointed to learn that the chosen brand no longer has MyCar’s same warranty and after sales service as for the previous set. Had I known that was the case I may have made other arrangements

Excellent customer service from Erin at Kotara, excellent communication and great competitive prices

My appointment was originally scheduled for a tyre replacement and wheel alignment at Kotara, with the confirmed drop-off time of 1:45 PM and pick-up time of 3:30 PM. However, upon arrival, I was informed that the team could only complete the tyre replacement because the hoist required for the wheel alignment was malfunctioning.

The store manager, Erin, advised me to go to the Charlestown store instead for the wheel alignment and told me that my car would be ready for pick-up at 4:30 PM at Charlestown.

Following her instructions, I travelled to Charlestown and waited there until around 4:00 PM. When I called the Kotara store for an update, I was told that the tyre replacement had been completed, but the wheel alignment could not be done at all today.

This situation caused significant inconvenience. My friends and I were carrying personal items, and because of the unexpected change, we had to take a bus back to Kotara to retrieve my car. The lack of coordination between stores, the inaccurate information given, and the unnecessary travel and waiting time were extremely disappointing.
