Service was friendly but….
Service was friendly! Deal was fantastic!
However, the wrong tyres were fitted.
Although the tyres were Pirelli and the right size, the wrong model and load rating were fitted to my car.
I had to return the next day to have the correct tyres fitted to the car. The switch only took an hour but took me away from my day.
I would like to start using ‘My Car’ for services but, I am concerned about trusting mechanical work that may not be as obvious to check.

I have dealt with this company many times in the last 11 years. They're always polite , friendly , respectful and efficient. They provide a great service , which is always value for money , at very competitive prices.
On 6th December 2024, I was worried about the tyre pressure on my car. I brought the car into My Car , and the mechanic went out of his way to help me. He quickly assessed and fixed the problem. Best of all, he didn't charge me anything.
I am very impressed with this company, which is why I've been a customer for 11 years.
I'm very happy to recommend this company to family and friends.
