My car has shown an amber light.I was on my way to a wedding,was absolutely frantic that I wouldn't make it The lovely guy at the Wellington Street store found it was my spark plugs,changed them for me He was an angel .I was so stressed at the time.He made my day.I can thoroughly recommend these guys.They were excellent.

Upon arrival I was informed the tyres I had booked 2 weeks ago were unavailable and I would need to upgrade to a more expensive brand. I didn't have time to come back another day as I am heading out of state and needed them done. I agreed rather unhappy about it. The person I was dealing with then stated I needed to pay the full amount, I explained I had already paid via Afterpay for the tyres and wheel alignment. I was then told my vehicle would be available for pickup at 5pm. I questioned this as I had booked online to pick it up by 3:30. I was told that even the more expensive tyres were not in stock and they had to wait for a delivery but in the event of them arriving sooner he would have them put on.

I returned some time later to check and was informed by a different person the delivery still had not arrived. I questioned the 4 tyres left in the front of the workshop that, coincidentally were the exact tyres I had ordered.

I came back approximately 4pm and saw my vehicle was up on the hoist and thankfully the tyres were being fitted.

It seems "somehow" the original tyres I had ordered had magically been delivered and consequently I did not have to upgrade them and pay a gap.

I won't be returning.

booked and paid online for log book service and timing belt replacement. when arrived at store, they said they dont have the timing belt and need to re book for next time plus saying that the system said i havent paid. at the end, they only did my general log book service.

theres also supposed to be a promotion of 17c per litre off for shell fuel but i didnt get anything. asked for it saying they will send email but still hasnt gor anything yet til now.

Had asked for my windscreen water supply be fixed and my dashboard and was prepared to leave my car as long as it took but they did not do it.

Work suggested in last service was not done. All staff have left who were any good.

Brought a car for my daughter last month & it had a receipt in the glove box from your Launceston branch about having new brakes put on back on 17th
may 2024. Well last night as I was driving it to work, I heard this grinding sound on the front passenger side, I called my partner & he asked me to take a photo, well low & behold the bolts that holds brake caliper has come out which should not have happened after 3 months. I have photo

Since the previous manger has left - this location has gone down hill dramatically. First off - the Indian manager can’t understand English properly. 2nd - I took my car in for its service where I have been going since the car was purchased brand new - only to be charged a higher rate! 3rd - I paid for (it’s on the invoice) window wash fluid (it’s only water) - when I went to use the wipers it was EMPTY!!!! I can’t even guarantee that these people even did my service!
After 2.5years of going to this location and recommending them to everyone I know - I will no longer be taking my car here and nor will any of my contacts.

After having my serviced now my engine light is on and wasnt on before my service

Only had a tyre repair. Screw in tyre was in a bad place and not repairable. Was lucky that tyre was under special warranty. Tyre was replaced at no charge and only had to wait a couple of hours for replacement tyre to arrive at store. Great service as always. Thank you.

The service quality is going down, I took my car for service and they didn’t fixed what they supposed to fix and now is worst than before, and they made me change some parts that right now I don’t know if it was necessary. Making me spend a lot of money, and when I went back they told me that there is another way to fix it for a fraction of what they originally charged me
