Got me back on the road very quickly after a problem was th fuel contamination great service keep me informed all the time

Good phone manners.
Arranged a time which suited me.
The work was carried out efficency and quickley.
I asked for update for my upcoming Service, and they carried it out.
I have no reason to change and go elsewhere.

Travis was very understanding when I had to cancel the car service at the last minute due to a medical episode. Travis did not huff and puff but graciously said "no problem". He was so kind that day. We will keep coming back to MyCar.

My car tyre and Auto at Maitland are super helpful friendly and knowledgeable. I have taken 2 cars to them for diffwrent reasons and they have always performed on a professional level. My car care team at Maitland come highly recommended by me...these guys aim to please ..whether its mechanical or tyres the My Car care team arw always ready to help with a smile... give em' a go you wont regret it !

The service is professional and anything that needs repairing is fixed immediately.

The team fit me in at last minute, they listened to me and done exactly the job I asked for and charged exactly as I was quoted without any BS or extras.

Staff were friendly and willing to take the time to answer and explain my queries, and service was completed in good time.

I had such a fantastic experience here today! I booked my car in for a puncture repair, and when I went to pick it up, they didn’t even charge me. I couldn’t believe how kind that was. It’s so rare these days to find a business that isn’t just about taking your money, but actually looks after their customers.

The gentleman who served me was so lovely – really kind, professional, and made the whole experience easy. I currently take my new car to the dealer for servicing, but after today I’ll be making sure that every service and repair moving forward is done through My Car Maintenance.

I honestly couldn’t speak more highly of this company. They’ve definitely earned my trust and I’ll be back for all my car needs.
