The service manager ( I think his name is Frank ? ) He seems genuine and I can trust him.

I picked up a nail in one of my tyres…
I picked up a nail in one of my tyres on the way to work, noticed as I left work my pressure was 10psi lower than usual. Without calling, I dropped into the service centre on my way home and they were able to sort it out there and then. Having purchased the tyres previously through MyCar, the repair was free of charge. Top service! Highly recommended.

When I left the car there i informed them about a noise from the car.The service centre staff told me its because the car run on low engine oil and it is fine. But now the car is kind of broke. Because of the staffs assurance I used the car for just 3 days and now am in a huge trouble.
