Honest and act with integrity- could have told us we needed our noisy front rotors replaced, but were upfront and honest that they were actually in really good nick just noisy.

You really let me down
You really let me down. You kindly fitted me in at the last minute to repair a slow leak prior to me driving to Sydney. The leak was fixed but a tyre mechanic in Sydney let me know that you had forgotten to tighten the valve. As a result, I had to inflate the tyre three times on the trip to Sydney. It was stressful and unsafe and had the potential to damage the tyre.
