Accurate quote, fast turnaround, great comms

Have been customer a couple of times and always found customer service and work completed to be excellent and on time. In particular have previously had a tyre get a puncture and it was happily fixed for free once tyre purchase had been verified on their system. Also love just being able to order tyre on the website in advance and set time for drop off and pick up.

Got a punchure, came in, needed new tires anyways so the team squeezed me in nice and quickly and did a great job

Mytyre Marion. I went in this morning with a tyre whose valve had burst. The guys were super helpful and fixed it on the spot! They informed me it was actually a sensor in the tyre that broke. Gave me several options on getting it fixed later. All with a friendly smile. Have used this store on several occasions annd always had amazing service . Can’t rate highly enough

Lost a whole day waiting.
Dropped car off at 8.30am as requested told would be ready but 12pm.
Heard nothing so made contacted 12.40pm and was told car would not be ready until 3.30pm.
Made my feelings known got car back at 3pm.
Had work cancel afternoon work.
Why did a basic service take 6.5hrs?

The staff are always helpful at explaining what has been done and what needs to be done in the future. They are cheerful and it is a welcoming space to wait for your vehicle to be finished.

Service performed efficiently so didn't lose much time in the day - especially as it was a Saturday and I work full time. Courteous and friendly staff. Have been going to MyCar regularly over the past few year and experience is always positive.

Good at telling me what’s wrong with my car

Called asking if I could come in earlier than my booking time and they said it was not a problem. Tyres changed in an hour and everyone was very friendly.

Really impressed from the time of booking to the fact stayed open 30 minutes longer, as I was later, than closing time, due to my work! Afterpay was helpful to use as the payment!

Fantastic service from start to finish! The team was friendly, efficient, and kept me informed every step of the way. They made the whole process smooth and stress-free. It’s clear they genuinely care about their customers.

Booked in at Marion 1pm a few weeks ago. Told would take an hour on the phone. Then got told 1 1/2 hours when dropped car off. Went back after 1 1/2 hours not even started told come back at 3pm. Was on lunch hour so couldn't wait. Wasted time

they stuffed up by breaking 2 pieces on my rims but redeemed themselves brilliantly by obtaining replacements with dogged determination from JOHN who did not give up the hunt for them

The team took my booking last minute and managed to not only replace tyres but also replace brakes and rotors.
The guys were short staffed and stayed back well past closing to ensure my car was road worthy and ready to collect Sat night. Really appreciate their work ethic and effort.

The staff were so helpful in educating me on my car and the up keep required and were very friendly. Have always loved getting my car service here.
