I have used Mycar Marion a few times, always find them friendly and easy to speak to. They are accommodating as possible for availability and time frames for work required. All work is discussed before proceeding, so no surprises!

Got a serpentine belt replaced. The price was spot on with what was originally quoted. The person at the desk advised it would take 2 hours to complete the work. But they got it done in 45 minutes. Very happy with the customer service and the work completed

I visited Mycar Marion based on a recommendation. This was my second service with them, which cost around $2,000 and required the car to be kept for two days. Unfortunately, the day after I picked up the vehicle, I noticed a liquid leak coming from the gasket—an issue that wasn’t present prior to the service.
I returned to Mycar, and they informed me that the gasket had not been properly plugged, requiring the car to be kept in the workshop for another two days. What made the situation worse was the lack of communication—I had to follow up myself each time to get updates, as no one from Mycar called to keep me informed.
Additionally, despite the extended time without my vehicle, no replacement or courtesy car was offered, which I found very disappointing and inconvenient.
