Great customer service!

Mark was amazing, I got home from work and my brake lights would not turn off, they were close to closing but as I live near he said I know what the problem is so come now. He fixed it very fast saving me from a flat battery in the morning all with great customer service and a smile. An asset to the business. Thank you Mark.

Have tried different mechanics around the coast & MyCar and now my #1 go to. We have three vehicles all serviced with MyCar - they are super friendly, supportive, experienced & most of all reasonably priced. Never had an issue with them & they are always accommodating to our circumstances. Definitely recommend!

The car service was done in half the time quoted. Car was clean and ready to go.

Great service! Quick puncture repair on a Friday afternoon, an hour wait wandering around the Sunshine Plaza. $50, which seems great for anything these days, very happy

Great customer service! This is the first time I change to do logbook service at My Car. Staff (Michael) is very helpful and patient because I am not good English. He make me feel comfortable during the conversation. I can get my car back on time. Good performance after logbook service. I am happy to do the service for my second car.

I asked for brake pad replacement only, but additional work including brake rotors and labour was carried out without checking with me first.
While the work may have been technically justified, I believe customers should always be informed and asked for approval before extra work is done, especially when it increases the cost.
Better communication would greatly improve the customer experience.

Communication was excellent, and we appreciated the clear invoice which showed what was done, and what is recommended for next time. I love being able to get Flybuys with my service. I also love the Road Assistance membership that comes with the service, and the follow up email which outlined the deal. The only thing I am disappointed about is receiving an email with a $100 discount on my next service (3 days after having my service done) if completed in the next month! I have just had one done, so the email and discount is pointless, apart from rubbing it in my face that I could have got it cheaper! The same thing happened after last year's service as well. It was great being able to book in online and find a flexible day & time that suited us to make booking in easier, and the convenient location meant we also enjoyed a day shopping and lunching at the Plaza. Overall an excellent car service with excellent service!
