A good experience
Easy to book. Fair price.
Great communication. Thorough inspection with good explanation of upcoming issues and reasonable time frames for when to have issues repaired.
I have a vehicle with 210,000kms and some parts are understandably starting to wear.
I now have a plan with a timeframe to replace items over the next 12 months which suits my budget.

Lack of communication
I dropped 2 wheels of @ 8am (booked for 9am). Was told when booking it would take 1.5hrs to replace the tyres. I went back @ 10.30am and apparently the tyre machine had been worked on so they hadn't done my tyres. Not happy as it felt like they'd just forgotten to do them. I sat in reception while they did them - didn't take 1.5hrs!!
