Mycar St Ives is what customer service should be! I drive up from Melbourne once a year and make a point of getting my car serviced by the team in st ives! They are extremely friendly and professional. They dont beat around the bush and push for a sale just to hit target. Bashir and his team are always fair and reasonable. They keep me coming back!

Bash at the St Ives Branch was very helpful and managed to fit me in as soon as he could with some reorganising times.
Very helpful indeed while was run off his feet.
I would recommend to anyone who reads this to seriously look to have anything needing done with your car give my car auto a go. I am sure you would be pleased.
