Can't diagnose basic issues
Went in to diagnose an issue with my speedometer and Mycar couldn't find the fault. I was still charged $89 for diagnostics.
Went to another mechanic and they were able to diagnose the issue. Mycar is still refusing to refund the diagnostic fee.

Noel at morayfiekd shop was fantastic. He stayed back to check my daughter’s car and even helped contact warranty service parts . He was very caring and really wanted to make sure the car was safe and quoted a great price thank you very much appreciated.
